Sol Samadhi Sculpt is a fusion of Pilates, Strength Training and Yoga inspired movement patterns. This class has a strong focus on core, hips and upper body strength. Designed to strengthen your whole body, and your yoga form. But, you don't need to be a yogi to reap the benefits! For this floor routine you will need ankle weights for the best effect, and, of course, your yoga mat. This workout can also be done without the weights. Warm up and cool down included. Sol Samadhi online classes are filmed in a face to face class so you get a real time experience, as you would in the studio.
