HATHA KUNDALINI YIN YOGA NIDRA
With over 30 years of dedicated practice and teaching, I bring a deeply
rooted, holistic approach to yoga that integrates body, breath, and mind.
I completed my 200-hour RYT teacher training in Arizona, U.S.A., where
I immersed myself in Hatha, Kundalini, and Yoga Nidra traditions.
My teaching draws from the grounding and alignment of Hatha yoga,
supporting strength, flexibility, and physical resilience. From Kundalini
yoga, I incorporate breathwork, dynamic movement, and energy
awareness practices designed to awaken vitality, enhance mental clarity,
and support emotional balance. Through Yoga Nidra, I guide students
into profound states of rest and restoration, helping to reduce stress,
improve sleep, and cultivate inner awareness.
As both a lifelong practitioner and experienced teacher, I create classes
that emphasize deep stretches, conscious breath, and fluid, mindful
movement. My approach encourages students to build strength while
also softening into stillness, cultivating a peaceful and balanced mind.
In addition to yoga, I am a devoted student of Vipassana and
mindfulness meditation, maintaining a regular personal practice.
Meditation supports clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper
connection to the present moment—benefits I gently weave into my
teaching to help students develop inner calm and self-awareness both
on and off the mat.
I also incorporate beautiful, carefully selected music to support a sense
of devotion and presence, creating a space where practice becomes
both grounding and uplifting.
My intention is to guide students toward greater strength, flexibility, and
ease—physically, mentally, and energetically—while fostering a sense of
inner peace that extends beyond the practice into everyday life.
