Sōl Samadhi Sculpt: Yoga Block

Sol Samadhi Sculpt is a fusion of Pilates, Strength Training and Yoga inspired movement patterns.

This class has a strong focus on core, hips and upper body strength. Designed to strengthen your whole body, and your yoga form.

But, you don't need to be a yogi to reap the benefits! For this floor routine you will just need a yoga block and, of course, your yoga mat.

Warm up and cool down included.

Sol Samadhi online classes are filmed in a face to face class so you get a real time experience, as you would in the studio.
